Control  Cabinet and Control Construction:

We make all sizes of switch and control cabinets according to our customers’ specifications and also customized planning concepts ordered from us. If required, provision of electrical components by our customers is possible.

Mounting plates, cabinet doors and panels are drilled and milled to exact and repeatable accuracies on our CNC machining equipment.

Electrical Planning:

Our electrical planning of switch and control cabinets as well as wiring machines is performed using CAD (E-Plan, version 5.xx).

PLC Programming:

We create PLC programs (chiefly for Simatik S7) for both our special-purpose machine as for our filament winding machine customers.
 

Filament Winding Machines:

Currently the precision filament winding machines developed and manufactured by us cover a product range of up to a maximum diameter of 2,200 mm and a maximum length of 12,000 mm. Quotes on larger machines are available on request.

Some machines can be provided with up to 5 (6) axes. We build machines with floor-mounted beds as well as gantry versions with overhead beds.

Filament Winding Machine Accessories:

Impregnating baths of differing designs and creels for external-unwind spools of differing sizes and designs are included in the range of accessories we offer. Quotations on extractors are submitted on request.

Conversion and Retrofits of Used Filament Winding Machines:

We upgrade used filament winding machines (mainly BAER machines) by fitting new controls (preferably Sinumerik 840D) and drives (preferably Simodrive 611 with 1FT6 Siemens motors) as well as retrofitting additional axes and equipment.
